Learn to Negotiate Like the Pros - A Hands On Workshop
In this chapter meeting we will review best practices for negotiation and communication. A sample case study will be presented to the participants and small groups will have the opportunity to prepare and conduct a negotiation. The goal of the meeting is to provide and interactive and collaborative approach to learning the art of negotiation. You will learn the popular approach to negotiation called "Principle Negotiation". This approach was developed by two Harvard Professors and is the basis of their book called "Getting to Yes".
