Join us as guest speaker Michele Noel, CBAP, advises us on the always important topic, Requirements Gathering.  Michele has spent the majority of her professional life as a Business Analyst in one of the world's largest automotive manufacturers, Ford Motor Company, where she is now in her 18th year.  Michele is a strong advocate of continuing professional education with a CBAP,   Master certificates in Business Analysis and Project Management from George Washington University, Ford ATF and PO Agile certifications, and is a 6 Sigma greenbelt.   Michele is now the Digital Retail Experience & Dealer Systems Supervisor, where she continues to promote the importance of having trained business analysts in an organization.
