Using Influence Techniques when Collaborating

As a business analyst, collaboration is often needed when dealing with multiple stakeholders.
Influencing is something we do every day. In this presentation, we will
review four influencing options as presented in “Mastering Business Analysis Versatility” by
Eugenia Schmidt: 1) conveying who you are, 2) telling them what you have done, 3) explaining
what you can do, and 4) showing them what other can do. We will look deeper and determine
how the options can be implemented through various business analysis collaboration scenarios.
